Free Online Bill Pay

Make recurring or one-time payments to virtually any merchant in the U.S. that accepts electronic payments through the Empire ONE Virtual Branch. Bill Pay cannot be used to make tax payments or payments for other government obligations, such as court directed payments and transfers between your accounts.

Scheduling payments. Bill Pay begins processing all payments scheduled for each business day at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET. If you need to schedule, change or delete a payment for that day, you MUST do so PRIOR to 2:00 p.m. ET. When you are scheduling a payment, please remember that the date MUST be 5 business days PRIOR to the payment due date. Bill payments do NOT process on weekends or holidays.

Heavy site traffic. You may experience heavy site traffic on Fridays or at the beginning and end of the month. Please be patient. Delays are short-lived, and you can typically retry your transactions in about 20 minutes.
